This is a list of the heads of government of Græcia, from its proclamation on 20 August 2020 AD to the present day.

Provisional Government of Græcia (20/08–12/10/2020 AD)

During the period between the proclamation and the establishment of the Governorate, the state was officially known as the Provisional Government of Græcia. The Provisional Governor was simultaneously the head of state and the head of government of Græcia.

Governorate of Græcia

On the 12th of October 2020 AD, the Governorate of Græcia was established, thanks to the constitution that was announced 4 days prior. Per the constitution, the Governor is simultaneously the head of state and the head of government of Græcia.

One of the terms of the Simeonovden Accord was the appointment of the first Eponymous Archon of Græcia, who is the substitute of the Governor. Quintus De Vitaliis left for his macronational military obligations on 8 November 2023 AD, leaving the government in the hands of Angelos Imvrassios. His tenure is going to last until July 2024, precise date TBA.
