Tortoise Island, officially the Province of Tortoise Island (Swedish: Provinsen Paddö), was a province in Thulia on an island in the River Svartån. The island is accessible via the Hackefälla ferry or by swimming from the shore. During its time as a province, it had a size of 0.0006 km2, constituting 0.67% of Thulia's then land area. On 16 December, the province was ceded to Sweden during the Cession of Hatiubbust after a decision by the State Council.
