Tortoise Island, officially the Province of Tortoise Island (Swedish: Provinsen Paddö), is a province in Thulia on an island in the River Svartån. It is the third smallest administrative division of Thulia by area, with a size of 0.0006 km2, constituting 0.67% of Thulia's land area. It borders Sweden in all directions. The nearest province is Hackefälla, being c. 100 meters (328 ft) downstreams. The island is accessible via the Hackefälla ferry or by swimming from the shore.
