The Wasserteich Lagoon is the name given to the part of the Saquarema Lagoon that borders the municipality and province of Lüttenbühl, in Ebenthal. It is a saltwater lagoon that flows into the Atlantic Ocean from the Brazilian municipality of Saquarema, going as far as Maricá. The only lagoon or lake of sorts in Ebenthal, the Wasserteich Lagoon is suitable for bathing, fishing and water sports and serves as a single port for Naval Division vessels of the Royal Reserve Force.
