Foreign relations of Todia
The Foreign relations of Todia are all relations between Todia and other governments, organizations and nations. At the moment, Todia recognizes and is recognized only by other micronations and micronational organizations. Todia de iure recognizes all the countries that have a defined territory, a permanent population, a government and the capacity to enter in relation with other micronational states (declarative theory of statehood).
Foreign policy
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs have issued the guidelines for establish diplomatic relations with Todia.
- The nation must have been founded at least six months ago.
- Must not be involved in any micronational conflict.
- The nation must have a permanent population.
- The nation must have a stable government which can fulfill all the necessities of the country.
- Being in a stable condition.
- The nation must have a governmental email.
From 1 February 2024, in response on Israel's attacks on the Palestinian population, Todia doesn't recognizes or establishes diplomatic relations with nations or organizations which support Israel's attacks and occupation on Palestine.
Micronational relations
Todia establishes relations only with countries which fulfill the requirements set by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Relations are divided in bilateral relations (official relations) and informal relations. Bilateral relations were established by signing a treaty of mutual recognition, meanwhile informal relations are seen more as friendship relations, but with no diplomatic relations being established.

Former recognized countries
Artsakh: was recognized until 1 January 2024, date of dissolution of the nation. Todia continues to not recognize the former Artsakh territories as Azerbaijani territories.
Former unrecognized countries
Fontasia: Fontasia was an unrecognized micronation from 2022 until June 2023, when the micronation dissolved. After these events, the President released a statement in which he says that there is not any reason to unrecognise Fontasia, since it was dissolved.- Almendria: after Tizian Aruna's departure from the micronational community, Almendria was considered dissolved by the Ministry of National Security and was removed from the unrecognised nations list.
- Arcadia: it was one of the countries which organised the cyberattack on Todian infrastructure. Almendria is considered dissolved by the Ministry of National Security.
