The Neasa Ministry, formed by Ava Neasa, was the 27th government ministry of the Abeldane Empire. It was formed when Neasa became Vorsitzender (head of government) following Newton von Uberquie's sudden resignation on 19 September 2017. Neasa assumed the leadership of the Empire in her capacity as Stellvertreter in von Uberquie's cabinet, the 26th ministry and was succeeded by Shiro, who formed the 28th ministry of the Abeldane Empire.

Most cabinet positions remained the same as in von Uberquie's ministry. Former two-time Vorsitzender Patrick Renwick, Marquis of Bessatre, was appointed as Stellvertreter in Neasa's stead, while the Orthography Minister Tarik Kârjasary took up von Uberquie's position in the Homeland Ministry.

This is the fourth cabinet in which Abeldane Social Ecology (ASE) and the ANIP (or its predecessor parties, the ANP and IPA) were together in a coalition.
