Foundation and Dispute
On 11 February 2023, Reed Von submitted an application to register his new business with the Phillip Ministry of Corporations. The next day, his application got denied by Minister Owen Itzen. According to Von, Minister Itzen denied his application due to a political dispute between the two. After Von threatened to take legal action against him, Itzen accepted his application and allowed the BSC to operate within Phillip.
