Lord Andrew, Baron of Corinium Terentium is the 2nd and current Governor of Corinium Terentium, the longest current serving Austenasian governor. He is the former Sovereign Prince of the Principality of Sabovia. He holds citizenship in Austenasia, Australis and the United Kingdom. He was selected as DIME's Micronationalist of the Month for November 2020.

He is currently a bureaucrat and head administrator of MicroWiki and a server administrator on the MicroWiki Community Discord server.

Micronational career

Reign as Prince of Sabovia

Formation and regency

He formed the Principality of Sabovia, although then called the Union of Smallia and declared himself to be the "Sovereign Prince". He claimed that the purpose of Sabovia was to prevent new housing developments from being constructed on land near his residence at the time. As of April 2022, housing development has yet to be constructed on the land.

He sent a formal declaration of independence to his local parish council on April 1st 2013, however, he later realised that the parish council lacked the legal authority to recognise or authorise the independence of Sabovia. He vowed to resend the declaration of independence to the correct governing body, but later admitted to never doing so.

Abdication and dissolution of Sabovia

Prince Andrew abdicated the throne on January 1st 2016, and the Principality of Sabovia was shortly dissolved thereafter. The majority of Sabovia's territorial claims were formally incorporated into the nearby Austenasian territory of Corinium Terentium on 30 January 2016, except for Capital Territory, which was returned to the United Kingdom.

Intermicronational politics

He ran for Secretary for Cultural Affairs and Micronational Education in the September 2014 Grand Unified Micronational election, but lost to Richard Hytholoday. He has admitted to having no recollection of ever running.

Personal life

Andrew is openly homosexual, and currently in a relationship with former micronationalist Harry Fitzpatrick, founder of Monovia, whom he met on MicroWikia in 2012 when they were both twelve-years-old. They entered a romantic relationship in 2017.
