Elections in Arkazja

Elections in Arkazja include elections to the Arkazjan Senate (Arkazjan parliament) and elections of the Prime Minister of Arkazja.

Elections in Arkazja are established by the Constitution of Arkazja.

The Arkazjan political system

Parliamentary elections are conducted approximately every four months, resulting from the constitutional requirement for elections to be held every four months. The exact date of the election is chosen by the President

All Arkazjan citizens are eligible to vote. Eligibility for candidacy is essentially the same, if they are in the political party.

The Arkazjan Senate has 10 members, elected for a four-month term. Arkazja has a multi-party system with one strong political party and some other parties also represented in the Senate.
