History
Foundation
Republic of Arkazja was founded by Natt Falkenhausen on the ruins of Kopernikan People's Republic with a goal to create a politically stable state (Kopernik was politically unstable). Arkazja declared independence on 5 February 2022. On 6 February 2022 Arkazja adopted the national flag, and on 7 February adopted the coat of arms. State anthem - Jestem Arkazjaninem - was created and adopted on 19 March 2022.
Conflict with Grzibowitz
On 26 March 2022, Natt Falkenhausen declared war on former ally, Kingdom of Grzibowitz. The casus belli was diplomatic insult made by the only Grzibowitzan citizen. Arkazjan army attacked the same day, fighting in Arkazjan Crusade. Grzibowitz was conquered, and Arkazja annexed the territory of the current Karolewsk province, additionally creating a puppet state - Duchy of Grzibowitz.
On 19 April 2022, the Constitution of Arkazja was adopted. On 17 May 2022 Arkazja has given up control of Grzibowitzan territory due to inactivity and loss of interest over that territory along with loss of interest in expansive policy. Later Arkazjan government went less active for about a year.
Comeback
On 7 April 2023 Natt Falkenhausen changed Cicada Brotherhood to Arkazjan Workers Party with objectives of Marxism-Leninism. On 18 April 2023, the first parliamentary election was held. Red Union coalition took power. The coalition was consisting of Arkazjan Workers Party, Arkazja Social Democratic Front and Syndicalist Party. Government after a short time went less active - second time.
Second comeback
On July 2023, Arkazjan government became more active once again, because of the beggining of Arkazjan-Fortawian alliance. In August 2023 Kijciwpempek Friends Party was banned after the Trial of Kijciwpempek monarchists. Red Union coalition broke up because of inactivity of Arkazja Social Democratic Front and different opinions of Syndicalist Party about mothers. Between 20-27 August second parliamentary election was held. APR took power once again with 6 seats, CN got 2 seats, SP 1 seat and CP 1 seat.
Government and politics
Arkazja is currently an authoritarian multi-party semi-presidential republic, with legislative body known as the Arkazjan Senate. Most authority in the country is holded by the lifetime President.
