Avinea (Russian: Авинея), officially the Republic of Avinea (formerly Avinenska) is a virtual government laying claim to several regions of Antarctica, specifically Victoria land, and, since 30 May 2021, the Balleny Islands. Avinea has a flag, seal, and constitution.
Etymology
From 17 December 2018 until 13 June 2020, the official name of the nation was officially called the "Imperial Chancellory."
The word "Avinea" is a modernization of the word "Avinenska," the name of the nation from 13 June 2020 to 19 July 2022. The name change was mandated by revolutionaries who carried out an unsuccessful coup d'état in Avinenska and formed an opposition state known as the Republic of Avineiska. After the disolution of Avineiska, president Demyan Karpov enacted Order No. 1, officially renaming Avinenska to Avinea.
The first mention of "Republic of Avinea" appeared in the an issue of the Republican Apostle on 12 July 2020[1] after editor Valeriy Vodolagin made a typo, spelling the name of the nation as "Republic of Avinea."
History
Early history
The state was first founded on December 17, 2018. The first ruler in the position of the now abolished Adviser and deputy Predecessor was Demian Karpov. From December 2018 to June 2019, the first convocation of the Imperial Chancellery was in effect. An authoritarian regime of power was introduced in the state, religion was banned, only atheists could become citizens. In June 2019, the asset in the state fell due to the blocking of a thematic group for 445 participants (where archival photographs from the Second World War were published), the Imperial Chancellery could no longer maintain the state's efficiency, and therefore it was decided to go on vacation indefinitely. In August of the same year, the Imperial Chancellery learned about the existence of the Arandian Empire, but did not establish diplomatic contact, however, some experience was borrowed during the study of the official resources of Arandia.
In November 2019, Adviser and Deputy Predecessor Demian Karpov drew up a declaration on the new state, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
Modern day
Impressed by the experience of Baliamaa, on June 13, 2020, a meeting of colleges on future autonomy was established, the college decided to declare re-independence and reorganize the entire government. The country became known as the Republic of Avinenska. A purple-white-purple flag and a coat of arms were presented.
On the same day, the first meeting of the provisional government was held, following the results of the meeting, it was decided to designate June 14 as independence day, as well as this day was made a day off. At the request of the Constitutional Court, new elections of the President of the Republic of Avinenska were scheduled for June 20, 2020. As a result, the presidential elections were held on June 16, according to the results of the elections, Demian Karpov won with 80% of the votes.
On July 10, Prime Minister Igor Bolotov presented a new flag, which was adopted and is still valid today.

Government agencies
Власть делится на три ветви, конституционная власть, законодательная власть, и исполнительная власть которые независимы друг от друга. Президентом проводится работа для укрепления авторитета власти среди граждан и на микронациональной арене. Раз в полгода избирается Конгресс от которого зависит жизнь государства и её решения по многие вопросам.
Всего в государстве существует четыре министерства: Имперское министерство юстиции, Имперское министерство обороны, Имперский государственный секретариат (МИД), Имперское министерство цифрового развития.
Власть президента ограничена и регулируется конституцией а так же дополнительными органическими законами, власть президента контролируется Верховным судом Республики Авинея — самым прозрачным и независимым судом в стране.

For 2023, the Armed Forces of Avinea are a professional, well-trained army in its class, entering the category of leaders among other countries.
Министерство обороны было основано указом президента Карпова №11 от 25 января 2021 года, где также были утверждены воинские звания.
Согласно указу президента «Об Имперских Министерствах и Комитетах» от 2 мая 2021 года всем министерствам и комитетам впредь предписано использовать представку «Имперский», также представку нужно использовать перед названием должности любого госслужащего, таким образом Министерство обороны было переименовано автоматически в Имперское министерство обороны, как и остальные государственные ведомства.
До этого начиная с 17 декабря 2018 года как таковая армия отсутствовала, существовавшие отдельные группы (1 под командованием Сергея Драгунова, и 2 под командованием Олега «Дитриха») подчинялись непосредственно главе штаба Советнику и заместителю Предшественника Демьяну Карпову. В период с декабря 2018 по май 2019 командующие группы привлекались к избиению неугодных лиц, а также к шпионажу и разведовательной работе. 19 мая 2019 штаб был распущен из за ненадобностью, это охарактеризовало ликвидацию 2-х групп.
С начала мая 2023 года происходит модернизация, суть в которой сводится к возвращению имперских вооруженных сил образца 2019 года, сохранив обученный штат.

28 июня 2020 года Авиненска официально дебютировала и стала участником под номером 4 на музыкальном конкурсе «Microvision» летнего юбилейного десятого конкурса в Баграме.
3 августа 2020 года Авиненска стала победителем музыкального конкурса «Microvision» по результатам кураторского и зрительского голосования.
11 конкурс «Microvision» Республика Авиненска приняла у себя в столице осенью.
10 марта 2021 года Авиненска заняла второе место в XII конкурсе «Microvision».
23 июня 2021 года Авиненска заняла седьмое место в XIII конкурсе «Microvision».

Restriction of TikTok
30 июня 2020 года постановлением правительства были запрещены приложения которые плохо воздействуют на психику и умственное развитие человека, в список санкций попали «TikTok», «Likee», «VK Клипы», «Kwai» и подобные. Санкций действуют бессрочно. Общественность и Глава Конституционного суда (ныне Верховного суда) Анна Симкина — выступили против, считая данное постановление правительства антиконституционным.
29 ноября 2022 года на тот момент Председатель правительства Демьян Карпов отменил постановление правительства №3 от 30 июня 2020 года о запрете TikTok.
Всего запрет продлился более 882-х дней.
