Criminal Code of Lasetia

The Criminal Code of Lasetia was signed 27 November 2023 by President Max von Lasetien.It is created to see all criminal offenses and how they are dealt with. The Books of Law are allowed to be changed by the Minister of Justice and the President. In the newest version there are 5084 words and 16 paragraphs.

Paragraphs include one big topic (e.g Crimes against life and physical integrity) Which are usually covered by usually subparaghraphs listing the criminal offenses. All law books of Lasetia are in the National Archive of Lasetia which is mainly online and upon request can be handed out.

History

The Lawbooks in Lasetia are categorized in Versions which shows how often the lawbook had great edits. The StGB (Strafgesetzbuch, Criminal Code) is now on the version 1.1, the only update adding all paragraphs. The Criminal Code is so evolved that many changes are not required, the Minister for Justice had claimed.

Since January 2024 the Government had promised to totally translate the lawbooks of Lasetia into the english language for external observers and diplomats to observe.
