The Lasetian Ministry of Foreign Relations is the Nations chief ambassador and with the President of Lasetia the head of Diplomacy. The office was created by a President on 11 March 2023 and later reaffirmed through a constitutional amendment. The office remained vacant until President of Lasetia appointed himself to the position on 15 March 2023.

Role and tasks

The Lasetian Ministry of Foreign Relations has many important task and is responsible for the Foreign Affairs of Lasetia. The main tasks are to establish new Relations in the Micro-National Community and maintain them. It is also responsible for gaining Recognition in the Micronational Community and to report changes or requierements to maintain recognition. It is the main duty to prevent a conflict under micro- and macronations at all costs if the President doesn't say anything else.

Eligibility

Every Citizen of Lasetia who is older than 13 is allowed to become the Minister of Foreign Relations, if the President permit the choice of the National Council. This means that a Minister is suggested by the National Council after Elections and must be permitted by the President to become a Minister. The President has more rights, than the Ministry of Foreign Relations and can manage the Foreign Affairs, if he wants. But this is preserved for the Emergency Case, which is usually called out by the President and can disempower the National Council and the Minister and Ministries. But In normal the Ministry of Foreign Relations are relative free and can make choices as establish new Relations, but the President has to sign all treaties suggested.
