The Lasetian Ministry of Justice, Law and Crime (German: Ministerium der Justiz, Ordnung und Strafverfolgung, Justizministerium) is the cabinet-level ministry responsible for the judicial branch of the State of Lasetia. The Ministry was officially established by the President of Lasetia, Maximilian IB. 15 March 2023 and at the same day the National Council nominated Victoria IK. as the new Minister. The President permitted this choice and Victoria IK. is until today the first and only Minister of this Brange.

Role and Tasks of the Ministry

The Ministry of Justice Law has many task in the Judicial Brange. The Ministry is functioning as the Judge and can give charges of crimes to people. The Ministry does not usually publishes new laws, but the Ministry is in charge of suggestion new laws based on the crimes made and what was especially seen as important to fix. It main Task is to maintain and give suggestions fixing the law.

Eligibility

Every Citizen of Lasetia who is older than 13 is allowed to become the Minister of Foreign Relations, if the President permit the choice of the National Council. This means that a Minister is suggested by the National Council after Elections and must be permitted by the President to become a Minister. The President has more rights, than the Ministry of Justice and can manage the Judicial Affairs, if he wants. But this is preserved for the Emergency Case, which is usually called out by the President and can disempower the National Council and the Minister and Ministries. But In normal the Ministry of Justice are relative free and can suggest Laws and analyze Crimes.
