The Most Esteemed Family Order of Basistha (Hindi: परम प्रतिष्ठित दर्ज़ह कुटुंभ वशिष्ठ, Param Pratishthit Darjah Kutumbha Basistha) is the highest chivalric and dynastic order of the state of Basistha which is conferred by the Rajpramukh of Basistha and is associated with the House of Patranabish which is the current ruling house of the state. It was constituted on 24 January 2023 by the Rajpramukh of Basistha Anoushkaa Patranabish.
History
The Family Order of Basistha was constituted as the highest chivalric and dynastic order of Basistha replacing the Order of Basistha which then became the second highest state order.

The Family Order of Basistha or Darjah Kutumbha Basistha is awarded in single class:
- Member - D.K. (limited to 15 living members)
Criteria
The order is conferred on the Rajpramukh, their consort, the heir apparent, parents and siblings of the Rajpramukh and other senior royal family members, the rulers of the other states and to foreign monarchs. The order is conferred as a sign of respect and friendship with the Rajpramukh.
Insignia
The ribbon bar of the order is yellow in colour with wide orange horizontal bars at both ends and two narrow bars in orange next to it at both ends.
