Chez Chloé is a gastropub located in the Principality of Sancratosia which specializes in cocktails and elevated pub food.

History

On 30 November 2022 (2022-11-30), Chez Chloé became the the first registered company and one of the first entity to have registered a trademark in Sancratosia. It officially opened a few days later on 2 December 2022 (2022-12-02).

The establishment provided the first official recipe for the Espresso martini, the national cocktail of Sancratosia.

Chez Chloé offers a classic cocktails menu that is composed primarily of IBA official cocktails with an emphasis on gin-based cocktails. It is also notable for using maple syrup instead of simple syrup in its drinks. It also offers a varied selection of craft beers and locally produced ciders.

The menu at Chez Chloé changes every dinner service, usually according to the produce sourced from local suppliers. However, it still offers certain items regularly such as salmon tartare, duck poutine, fish croquette, tuna fried rice and shrimp quesadilla.
